Key objective of Digit-BioTech project is to contribute to the increase of skilled and educated HE staff and young graduates working in different European economic sectors. Focusing on the achievement of these larger, longer-term educational goal several postgraduate courses are available in the frame of Digit-BioTech project. They are designed for students who have acquired Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics § ICT, Medicine and Agricultural Sciences. Two specific short intensive doctoral courses are also provided for academics holding a PhD degree. Educational content of each course presents a selection of topics that rise importance of biotechnology and its industrial applications and supports European Green Deal and Education 4.0 key priorities. Specific competence profiles for different occupations for the given professional areas are also offered. They could be used as a model giving detailed information for required competences and skills necessary to effectively apply the latest advancements in different technological fields.
